I did it for 2 weeks strait and then decided to add eggs in once in a while. The thing I do like about it is you know excactly what the grams in fat and protein your getting. Lately when I have been doing the diet I go half my meals of anpb and the other half are flax and whey or even carb countdown chocolate milk whey and flax. Variety is a good idea. Eating steak is hard to figure out when your dealing with how much fat is actually in the meat. For some reason it seems if I eat salty foods I get more cravings. Maybee this is one reason why the anpb diet seems to not be as hard as other keto diets. Just wondering if eating lots of salt makes you hungry. Oh well. I am bulking now so no cal defecit for this guy for a few more weeks.
