PCT question

2 weeks into 12 week cycle:

400mg/wk deca
650mg/wk test mix (400 cyp)
aifm

What do you guys recommend for PCT? I was thinking of carrying the aifm through for 16 weeks along with 4 weeks of clomid? HCG?

Only thing I've used so far is nolva for gyno four years ago.

With Deca, I'd actually recommend HCG..regardless of the time frame used...especially since its known to shut down people pretty hard...

i would take it this way
2500 iu week 5 split in two shots
2500 iu week 9 split in two shots
5000 iu week 13 split in four shots

perfect I have exactly 10,000 iu. Never shot a slin needle before. I have 29g .5". Just pinch the skin below bb and inject? Got some fat in this area is that a problem?

nope your good to go

weeks 1-12 your anabolics
weeks 13-14 hcg split 10,000iu into even doses eod over those 14 days
weeks 15-18 clomid @ 50mg/day
weeks 1-18 aifm @ 2 pumps/day

there are a number of HCG dosing patterns as well as dosing reccomendations and no general agreement over what is best.

some reccomend 10 days straight
some eod for 2 weeks (or more)
some E4d for 2-3 weeks
