PCT help?

Finishing up a 14 wk cycle of equipoise(400mg's a wk), test e(500mg's a wk) and last 5 wks winny tabs(50mg's a day).

Get this been on the juice apx. 3 + yrs and never took anything for pct. I know what a tool. Never knew you had to until i joined this forum. Anyhoo, have access to clomid tabs and currently have nolvadex tabs.

Took my last shot of equip last wk and taking my last shot of test next wk, taking test 2 wks more than equip so i don't crash, also taking my last winny tab wed.

What kind of dosage would i take for clomid and nolvadex for pct? I know that i start clomid 2 wks after last test shot. And how long do i take pct.

any input is greatly appreciated

week2- clomid 50mg ED nova 40mg ED
week3- clomid 50mg ED nova 20 mg ED

well, man i dont know if its the best idea to keep taking test to avoid that crash, because you should start your post cycle therapy 21 days after your last eq shot but if you spend two more weeks on test E then that only gives you one week without taking a shot of test or eq, test E takes another couple weeks to get out of your system so when you start taking clomid (21 days after last eq shot) your Test E is going to be still very active and almost pointless to take the clomid so what i would suggest and lets see what others think is to stop the test E with the eq or if you dead set on avoiding the crash then lower your doses of Test E with each shot but i still say you stop that and get the clomid in your system as well as HCG or some or natural test boosters that will help avoid the crash very too

What kind of natural test boosters? How is tribulus, can get from gnc. I will stop the test now then took a shot yesterday of 500mg's. That will be my last 1. So start the clomid and nolvadex in 14 days right. 21 after equipoise shot.

some that i know of trib, fenotest by primaforce, umm clomid will def. help maybe try some epidemium (i think thats how its spelt) ZMA for sure!! Illlook into more i know of plenty others just not off the top of my head ill find you some more if you cant get ahold of those the fenotest in my opinion was the best ooo and you see posts by needtogetaas hes got an ad underneath all his posts and im pretty sure those are natural tests boosters he said there great for off cycle but i dont know much about it hes the man to talk about those

ZMA is worthless. You can get just as much of the same zinc in DX7. Fenutest is fenugreek which is a phytoestrogen.

Check out UNLEASHED, POST CYCLE and Dermacrine. They are the best natty T boosters.

why do you say zma is worthless i feel like it works pretty well maybe not quite a great natty booster but it does help me sleep deeply

That's fine but why pay extra for it when you get more than enough in a good multi? And actually, it's the magnesium that helps you sleep. It's a mild relaxant. But you can buy magnesium tabs at vitamin shoppe for 5 bucks.

got a question/////...? what is some good pct for a winstrol only "oral tab" cycle. 50mg eod. this is my first cycle. thanks for your opinions
