Hey guys new member here, I'm 25 5.10 171 pounds, body fat is low but I'm not sure exactly what it is, been training for 5 years on and off but the last year I've really tried to put the work in, I plan on running test enanthate 250 at 500mg a week for 10weeks, for pct I have hcg and nolva, it's my second course, my first course I totally messed up and didn't take any pct, so hoping to do this one right, my main worry is when exactly to take the pct, a mate of mine was telling me it takes 2-3 weeks for the test to leave my body then I should start taking my pct, I'm just wondering if you guys could help me out with this, thanks in advance

don't juice yet. you are too skinny for your height.

get up to 190 naturally, build up a base and take this sport seriously first. working out off and on is not gonna cut it. need to commit yourself better.

like EZ said your problem is your diet and you definately can work on improving your workouts. LEGS, LEGS, LEGS. this is the #1 reason guys can't put on weight, they don't work their legs.

post up your diet and workouts, be honest. and lets see what we can work on. otherwise you are just wasting your money yet again and won't go anywhere

as for PCT see my signature.

I would also suggest holding off till you get your weight up naturally. Do bench, squat, deadlift, overhead presses, lots of rows, and add in other compound movements. Do isolation movements sparingly, too mant ppl wanna do leg extensions when they cant even squat 500 lbs. Compound movements and food will do you just fine for now. Save. Aas for when you need it.

Thanks guys and thanks EZ for that link! My diet is not great I work 45 hours a week and it's really hard at times to get all my meals in, I'm getting 3 big meals a day that includes anything from eggs and cereal in the morning, dinner in work would usually be some baby potatoes and steak or chicken, then about 9 at night I'm having some pasta and chicken, or rice sometimes, I'm trying to eat in-between meals by have a protein shake, and to be honest I do eat some crap at times :-/ I'm trying to stay off it tho, I'm training 3-4 times a week, day 1 - chest triceps, 4 exercises for each and 4sets, day 2 - back biceps, same as day 1, day 3 - legs and shoulders, if I have time for a 4th training il just split my legs and shoulders up, been slacking on my legs lately tho :-/ stupid I know

^^^ need to stop with the protein shakes, those just kill your appetite. eat every 2 hours.. yeah we all work bro, you have to find a way.. pack food with you.. buy a small fridge at work.. whatever you need to do. you need every meal to have carbs/cals/protein. protein shakes won't make you big, you need REAL FOOD

your workouts should be 15 sets per session. your splits on your push/pull are fine. however you need to dedicate AN ENTIRE WORKOUT TO LEGS, not split them up. i don't even need to know your workouts to have told you that above cause i see guys at the gym who are skinny and bitch to me they can't put on weight and they don't work their legs. and when i tell them to do deads and squats they ignore my advice.. you need a strong TRUNK to build your body. i've got zero respect for guys who can bench 450 but their legs look like chickens. don't be one of those guys!

do push/pull/legs splits... and start your workouts with compound movements like bench on push days.. or deads/squats on leg days, etc. then isolate using machines and pulley's. and after your leg days you better feel some kind of soreness when you flex the next day or you didn't go heavy enough

Diet is the key...I've been in my office 10-11 hours a day and going in for half a day on Saturdays when the office is closed....no excuses on not eating right.....Costco and tupperware are your friends...

You'ew not supposed to eat anything in between big meals, you need to eat 6-7 equal sized meals per day.....
