PCT for beginner

I am going to start my first cycle: 250 mg of sustanon/week for 8-10 weeks.
Since this is a small cycle, do you think this is enough for PCT?

HCG - 1000iu eod 4 times for a total of 4000iu
Nolva - During HCG, and continued two weeks after HCG

I will start PCT a week after my last shot.

I am 20 years old.

Start the HCG the week before your last shot. So your last shot of HCG is the same day as your last shot of sust. Then in two weeks start the nolva. It will work better that way. You might not even need the hcg though.

You dont want to run HCG durring pct. Run it a week or two before pct. HCG also supresses your natural test production. Its really just used to get your boys back up to size, as a kick start to pct, or for your own mental well being.

Why wouldn't you run it PCT? I like it better that way because it's a smoother transition after you're off the gear. A lot of the vets do it PCT too.

run the sust min. 10 weeks first off, hcg should be fine like it is, i would personally run nolva an extra week, but thats me i know how i recover. all and all you should be good.

I agree, I've also read a couple of medical journals which had the exact same PCT as Jenetic's #1 PCT in the PCT forum. 3 weeks of HCG with NOlva, then 3 weeks Nolva
