PCT for 250mg Test Enth

What PCT would be needed after running a 9 week course of 250mg test enth/week and 40mg/day of anavar?
I only have HCG (pregnyl) and shot 5000iU last night which was 2 weeks since my last test shot.
I think i've stuffed up by relying on purely HCG for my pct and should have used it in low doses twice a week but as i have gone through already and done this what should i do from here? I don't have access to nolva so can just HCG be used for PCT?

what about clomid or Arimidex? Can you get those? Your going to probably want to pick up some Unleashed or Sustain too.
