I would advise the above but add proviron. It will give you a much better chance at not shooting blnks. I don't recall reading anything to recommend proviron so maybe I'm wrong but I know when I use it I get real strong hard ons. Weather this means I'm shooting blanks I can't say. I already have all the kids I want.

Proviron wont make you recover better, it will just make you horny, which is a good thing if you are trying to conceive.
