First things first:stats
30 years old
6 foot 205 lbs
Bf about 15%
Cycle 10 weeks
Wk 1-4 dbol 30mg day
Wk 1-10 sust 250, 500 mg week
I am 6 weeks into this cycle so far and feel great.I have put on 11 lbs of nice clean muscle and kept my bf% at a constant.my strength is through the roof which I love.
I am only working part time so I'm packing in a lot of gym time and really benefiting from it.
My diet is great,could prob be a bit cleaner but I'm getting all the protien and carbs I need.I'm not getting fat so I'm happy.
My only grey area is pct,I'm really unsure about it.I don't know what to go with and I would hate to lose my good work.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
