ok i need to use paypal, just signed up no credit card...used my bank account...how long before i can send the money out and how do I transfer 30 bucks into my paypal account to send out.

If I remember, once you've signed up, they make a deposit into your bank account for a few cents. To confirm your signup, you must enter the amount of that deposit. Problem is, you won't know how much the deposit is until the next business day (Tuesday). I don't think you can start transferring money until this is done.

I believe they actually send two small deposits, on consecutive days. The payment you make through paypal will be a direct withdrawl from your checking account.
