You weren't complaining when she had to carry a baby for 9 months. But now you blame her not looking or acting the same as when she was 23.

My mothers BF is dealing with some crazy shit right now with his x-wife.When they got divorced a florida judge ruled that he must pay her 7000.00 a month for the rest of his life Or until she gets married again.Well he paid it for 7 years and than one day got smart and pretty much said fuck this Im not paying anymore(That was 3 years ago)Now shes trying to have his wages garnished(He makes over 500k a year)To me this is complete fuckin bullshit all his kids are grown(ones a well paid lawyer)And on her own the greedy bitch makes around 70k keep in mind he gave this woman over 1.5 million in assets after the divorce.This my friends is why people vanish out of thin air to never be seen again.Btw happy friday my good peeps!!

Yes in California they will. There are even better ways to do it.
In Cali, if you are married for over 10 years your spouse will get payments for life. If less than 10 years they will get payments for 1/2 of the term of the marrage.

Who pays who? What if the wife makes more? does she pay the husband? How much more does the spouse have to make in order to determine they will have to pay?
