Tried these for the first time today, went light, 135 lbs. Felt really good, I did 5 sets of 12 reps. I could really feel the burn in my quads, I may stick to pauses for a month or two and up the weight each week and aim betwen 4-6 reps/set. Def give them a try if you haven't already.
