what supplement (legal-can purchase with out script) is close to arimidex-
clomid
nolv.-

basically, what supps will help bring up htpa levels and lower risk of gyno.

many different companys produce vitex. I know solaray has a brand-Vitex angus castus. It's basically an herbal alternative to suppressing estrogen levels. Some people have reported an increase in "fluid" while taking it, sort like a really really mild clomid alternative. But there's still no concrete evidence that Vitex does what it's supposed to do in the male body.

anyone else?

We sell Viratase (5-alpha androstanedione), which is an extremely potent intrinsic natural aromatase inhibitor (works via the same mechanism as Proviron). It is also a weak DHT precursor though, so I am hesitant to recommend it for HPTA stimulation. Honestly not sure if its anti-estrogenic action would outweight its weak androgenic effect. But during a PH cycle you will not find a better estrogen maintenance supplement (Sorry, not really trying to plug here).

Bill L. I was reading a few posts on people recommending it during the cycle to decrease estrogen and not after the cycle b/c of its mild androgenic properties. Would this be the ideal time to take it?

Bio test makes a new supplement that claims to increase test levels while decreasing estrogen. I dont really know if it lives up to that statement at all.. i dont know check it out www.t-mag.com

Yes, I would think. I recommend it during cycles only, as I'd want to avoid any potential androgenic product post cycle as it might interfere with the HPTA. It is a relatively weak DHT precursor though, but still, I'd error on the side caution.
