Password Extraction Program?

Ok, so the new PC has arrived. I am going to be setting it up tonight and placing all my file copies and programs on it tonight.

There are some sites (Isohunt, miplank4bottom, etc..) that I joined years ago and clicked the "Remember Me" box when I signed up and can't remember what password is stored in there.

Isn't there some program you can run to extract passwords that are stored on the machine?

Sort of like the Magic Jelly Bean program does for extracting serial numbers on programs?

If you're using Firefox there's an option in the settings to show the actual passwords. I used to have one that showed it on web pages a few years back. I don't think it's still around.
