Just an update. No one is bringing pickles, or french onion dip, or regular tortilla chips (tostido minis rounds are the best.)

Today in Springfield. Don't remember my progression.

Hit 455 X 1 (15lb PR)

Then put on a tighter shirt and did:

495 (3inches from touching) locked it out

545( even closer to touching) just missed lock out.

It was an awesome workout that told me my training is coming together. I am getting stronger and faster at the right time. It also told me that Atomosphere in a gym is important. Thanks to all that I trained with today for setting that PR for me.

PS. Animalmass...get your head right and lets dance again next weekend.
