I have commented on these type of diets in the past, and all of my information has come from Par Deus......he is incredibly intelligent.....listen to him! I did, and I achievment great results....

BTW, if anyone has any questions about the article or on this subject in general, make sure and put them in a post with "Par Deus" or "leptin" in the subject header, because I do not read this board as thoroughly as the supplement board, and i would likely skip over something titled "Diet question" or something along those lines.
