this was last year with so-so diet, zero cardio, no diuretics, no anti-a, on ECA and test/eq/proviron. you could practically see the blood flowing.

But diet, and cardio can be substituted for the genetics and to some extent for the juice and ECA to get you to the same place and better.

Just do a web search if you don't believe it. There's plenty of studies on it. It is a very commonly cited effect of GH supplementation, I have been on HGH for about 6 years and have noticaby thicker skin. I think it's something to do with the increased collagen synthesis.get456 said:Yah, thats a big negative on that one... HGH will contribute to tighter skin which will appear thinner... it sure as fuck wont THICKEN your skin... where did u come up with that?
DMI said:If you can find information to the contrary I would like to read it (not being an ass, it would genuinely be interesting.)
Yes it definitely does tighten the skin through the increased collagen synthesis. So tighter, but still thicker!get456 said:well you've peaked my interest now... I will check it out
Through bro-ology I thought to the contrary, perhaps you've done learned me somethin'
Edit--- quick search and found this :
"Month 5: Impressive weight loss and reduction in inches (greater body mass with reduction in adipose tissue), wrinkle reduction, improved and thickened skin, greater skin elasticity, and improved hair appearance (i.e. healthier looking hair)."
SOOO, Im going to go with part of my original post and say, if you have greater skin elasticity and your skin isnt "sagging" or can be "tighter" then for BB'ing purposes it would appear "thinner" because you wouldnt have as much of the "skin flab" look you can get as you lose weight for say a contest...
You were def on target though.... thanks for correcting me

n1tro said:If I could stop eating like a garborator late at night the abs come right in. But for whatever reason, I just love to eat a lot at night. I'm working on filling up with things that have low fat and cals late at night, like vegetables and water. I found putting a little honey on the veggies helps the lack of flavor, or I just had nothing else in the pantry, either way...it fills me up and is low fat/cals.

Mavafanculo said:everybody responds very differently to anabolics -- my dose or someone else dose will have a very different effect on you -- too many variables - bodytype, receptor density, weight, amount of rest, metabolism, levels of reducing enzymes (aromatase/5-ar/etc).
best advice is start with the low-to-middle of the effective dose ranges on the steroid profiles and experiment to find your sweet spot.
