I know diet and cardio are key assets to losing fat but is AAS the primary way of acheving the paper thin skin look? if not what products would aid while cutting...
just curious

Honestly its diet and cardio..

last week of prep will get you nice and veiny like so.. but basically masteron and tren w...i mean that in a good way! and nice fukn tan!

wow faiza your diced from head to toe, you shredded MOFO, what does your precontest cycle look like, obviously diet is in check, how many times week you lift?

For me its juice and genetics for leaness/low aromatase

this was last year with so-so diet, zero cardio, no diuretics, no anti-a, on ECA and test/eq/proviron. you could practically see the blood flowing.

But diet, and cardio can be substituted for the genetics and to some extent for the juice and ECA to get you to the same place and better.

Mighty impressive. Out of curiosity, what dosage of ECA were you running?

Thanks.

Thanks.

20/200/20 E/C/A 1st am dose

20/200 E/C afternoon (no A, too much jitters)

sometimes a PM 20/200 E/C, but usually 3@day would leave me feeling too ragged out

nice road map!

Totally the opposite bro, HGH thickens the skin.

Yah, thats a big negative on that one... HGH will contribute to tighter skin which will appear thinner... it sure as fuck wont THICKEN your skin... where did u come up with that?

Just do a web search if you don't believe it. There's plenty of studies on it. It is a very commonly cited effect of GH supplementation, I have been on HGH for about 6 years and have noticaby thicker skin. I think it's something to do with the increased collagen synthesis.

If you can find information to the contrary I would like to read it (not being an ass, it would genuinely be interesting.)

well you've peaked my interest now... I will check it out

Through bro-ology I thought to the contrary, perhaps you've done learned me somethin' :)

Edit--- quick search and found this :

"Month 5: Impressive weight loss and reduction in inches (greater body mass with reduction in adipose tissue), wrinkle reduction, improved and thickened skin, greater skin elasticity, and improved hair appearance (i.e. healthier looking hair)."

SOOO, Im going to go with part of my original post and say, if you have greater skin elasticity and your skin isnt "sagging" or can be "tighter" then for BB'ing purposes it would appear "thinner" because you wouldnt have as much of the "skin flab" look you can get as you lose weight for say a contest...

You were def on target though.... thanks for correcting me

Yes it definitely does tighten the skin through the increased collagen synthesis. So tighter, but still thicker!

everybody responds very differently to anabolics -- my dose or someone else dose will have a very different effect on you -- too many variables - bodytype, receptor density, weight, amount of rest, metabolism, levels of reducing enzymes (aromatase/5-ar/etc).

best advice is start with the low-to-middle of the effective dose ranges on the steroid profiles and experiment to find your sweet spot.

Your arm looks sick, but when judging how ripped a guy is, I think the point of interest is the stomach and waist. My arms are always ripped, my stomach and waist...not so much.

def agree. im at 15+bf% and i still have the main vein running on the bottom of my forearm. but stomach and waist.. i wish. hopefully one day

you'll have to extrapolate for now lol

My guess is with that web of veins through the arm your core is pretty tight was well....I felt gay writing that. But for me the stomach and waste is always the last place to really shed the fat.

If I could stop eating like a garborator late at night the abs come right in. But for whatever reason, I just love to eat a lot at night. I'm working on filling up with things that have low fat and cals late at night, like vegetables and water. I found putting a little honey on the veggies helps the lack of flavor, or I just had nothing else in the pantry, either way...it fills me up and is low fat/cals.

So true. I wish I could increase my body's receptors to juice. I'm running 700mg test, 600mg of tren, and 420mg of winny a week and it barely does anything.

Also, I've haven't eaten above 50g of carbs in two weeks and I'm still soft as hell. And that's while running 150mcg of T3 and 150mcg of Clen everyday. Fucking ridiculous how unfair bodybuilding can be.
