Seems like the IGF, GH, Tren & EQ would be a waste at those amounts. Also seems that blood levels would be all over the place.

Who knows? maybe there is some kind of synergistic motive behind all this. The cycle has alot of compounds, but it seems to be a relatively economical cycle with the low doses. Your thoughts?
 
I would skip the IGF and Growth, a waste of time.

Would do Test C or Sust at a constant amount for what ever period,

Ramping/switching is just a waste of time. Test is Test


Would do EQ for about 16 not 8 weeks at an amount more like 600mg, each week, again would not ramp anything.


Tren A weekly?, not very much trend, I would recommend 100mg per day of tren ace, and again ramping is a waster of time, money and energy.


Crazy cycle.


The cycle has alot of compounds, but it seems to be a relatively economical cycle with the low doses. Your thoughts?

Slat is 110% correct. Everything in those videos and mags are lies. They don't train the way they claim, they don't take the cycles that some do admit to and even the nutrition advice sections leave big chunks of info out.

These gurus get paid a shit load of cash to tell these bodybuilders what to eat, take and how to train. If they laid it out freely to everyone each month in the magazines for $5.95 or for a $40.00 video, they would have a lot of pissed off clients.

Very profound statement here. I started reading these mags when I was 12 or 13 years old. My uncle (who used to compete) always told me that the routines in the mags were bullshit and that you would never be able to get through them without loads of AAS, GH, slin, etc. Now I realize that is in fact the case. Perhaps though where the info is most egregious is in the nutrition columns. My masters degree is in pharmacology and I'm working on a doctorate in drug delivery and needless to say I have taken my fair share of biochem/nutrition courses. I will freely admit that what happens in biochemical pathways on paper is far different from what you need in real life, and even more different than what a highly functioning athlete needs. But these diets that have 50% of the cals from complex carbs are just garbage. And not until a few years ago did it dawn on me that these pro's didn't eat all their bullshit yams, rice, and potato's in prepping for a show. They basically go on a modified atkins diet. Pretty basic biochem there. No glycogen, break down fatty acids for fuel. You feel like shit in the gym, but it'll get you ripped.

Needless to say there's about a million times more misinformation out there than there is anything useful. The hardest part of this sport is learning your body and how to manipulate it once you know how it responds to different diets, training routines, drugs, etc. Even Lee Priest, who I consider to tell it like it is as much as any pro, is somewhat full of shit. Every training vid of his I've seen he's worked out like a complete sissy using smith machines and warm-up weight for millions of reps. I know that has it's place in a pre-contest routine when you simply have ZERO energy to train hard, but all the poor un-informed bastards that watch the tape and dont know any better will work out like that and expect to look like him. Little do they know he is not only genetically about one in a trillion, but takes enough gear to kill an elephant when prepping for a show.

Whew, I said a lot. But I think it's important that those mags should be read like a porno, for entertainment only.

As far as the actual cycle, I think this sport flourishes in the beauty of simplicity. How's about say 1 g of test per week, 500 deca, and anadrol or dbol for the first 6. Eat like there's no tomorrow (cleanly), maybe 3 days of cardio a week for 25 mins. And I almost forgot, aromasin.

i like this much better ...........but i would use Test-E in place of the sust.
