Painful stiff neck

It is my right side, and I do jerk with my right, but I also use the right for the fucking mouse and work and trackball at home, but the jerking certainly is more vigorous. Why would that hurt me now though, been doing it for 17+ years!

Well basically a tablespoon of semen contains approximately six calories but that's not the issue right there. Semen also contain protein but that's not the issue there either. What the problem is, is the fact that sperm also contains all kinds of chemicals and minerals, including sugar, calcium, chlorine, magnesium, nitrogen, vitamin B12, and zinc. Now during the first years of masterbation there isnt an issue as the body is strong but as you grow older, drink alcohol and undertake physical activities, your body loses vital micronutrients. Wanking extensively adds to this depletion and you end up having a sore neck, complaining about it and making a post on it

whatever you do. don't try and pop it. hot compress for 15 minutes then cold for 15 minutes... do that for atleast an hour. you're gonna be feeling it for a few days regardless of any "miracle" cure. not sure if you're into the pain killer route but ibpro at 400mg (take two) will help. if you have a hot tub USE IT. try rolling your shoulders in a hot shower with the water at your neck. i feel for you bro. that's only happened to me once but it fucking SUCKED!!!!

I strained my left trap the other day in the gym trying to compensate on an exercise. I was feeling a little weak due to not having eaten enough prior. Anyway, that night I could barely sleep and was waking up every hour or so from the pain. 800 mg ibuprofen gave some relief.

The next day it was still very painful, but got a bit better as the day progressed (moving around a bit warms the muscles and it felt better). That night it hurt again, but not as bad and I was able to sleep fine. It has been 5 days now and I've been back in the gym since (haven't worked back yet, I'm going to give that another couple days), but it hasn't bothered me really. I can still feel some pain if I stretch it.

My recovery abilities are pretty good though, due to the lifting, stretching and large quantities of food and supplements (no joose) that I consume.

For the average person, it can take up to 4-6 weeks to heal. Treatment is R.I.C.E.

I believe rest to be the largest factor in treatment, and personally I prefer not to ice/compress, but just to be somewhat active to allow blood to flow and warm the muscle as it hurts less. Very light stretching and plenty of non-weighted movement/motion are effective for me. Keep the nutrients coming in (eat plenty and take vitamins), and drink plenty of water. If you are having spasms, you could get a muscle relaxant prescribed.

Good luck Brian!

hot shower and slowly stretch for awhile. icing helps as well, but keep the stretching to when it's warmed up.
