Hey bros just a little question.

I just started my first cycle 500mg of BD test E/wk

My question is I took my first poke in the glute on Sunday. It was great, not what I exspected at all, didn't really hurt. Now two days later my glute is really sore. IS this normal? How long before it goes away?

I used all 500mg in 1 poke- should I change to 2/wk? 250per.

Let me know bros, any thoughts will help.

oh man...i love that sore feeling. yes...it's normal. the soreness reminds me that i'm growing. i think i have some issues 'cause i always look forward to the pokes :)
 
Shouldn't be anything to worry about bro. If it turns red and gets heat in it, then it's time to start worrying.

What are your stats bud? Age? bodyfat? How long have you been training? What are you trying to accomplish?

I am 30 yrs old

5'8" 175lbs I am between 13-15% BF. I would say I have a mixture between a mesomorphic and ectomorhic build if that makes sense. I am not very tall, but I have a stocky muscular build. I have a very hard time losing or gaining weight.

I have been consistently lifting for several years. typically at least 3 times a week. Based on my job, I tend to stay pretty healthy. I have recently tried to overcome some injuries. I tore my Achilles in Sept. of 2004 and that took alot out of me.I Dislocated my Knee and Recently I broke some ribs and that has kept me doing less than i should be doing.

My diet is consistent, anywhere from 2300-3000 calories daily.

It seems that I am not boucning back like I used to. I am not trying to say that I am over the hill, but I have really noticed that my metabolism is slowing down, because of that I am trying to do a little more cardio and gain a little more mass. I figure the stronger and leaner I am the easier it is to recover.

So basically in a nutshell, what I want is to gain some good muscle mass, and then try and lean up a little.

Years ago, when I wrestled in High School, I was under 5% BF. I do not want to go that low but to me 7-10% would be great. As I said before, I want to bulk first, then cut.

Please give me any feedback you have. I am new to the AAS world but not to fittness. I strugled witht he decision to take gear, but after these injuries, i made my choice.
