Pain in my arm.

I know the same pain your talking about. I had to drop weight to help build my forearms.

I have wide shoulders, or a wide chest rather (50") and it is a difficult angle for me to do straight bar curls. So I used to use a e-z bar for heavy curls and use lighter weights on dumbells and do concentration curls with palms up, one at a time.

Noticed a difference in a couple weeks.
 
Does it feel like someone hit you with a metal bar in the forearms? I had that happen and I figured out I was over working my forearms. Think it was the tendons having problems. Solution was to lay off heavy arm curl's and no forearm work for a month. I think reverse curls were really the problem that started it all. I haven't done reverse curls since.

Yes, after i'm done doing my heavy sets. it feels that way, or like someone is taking a pair of pliers to my nerve... I'm thinking I need to build my forearm up alittle more. Time to look at some porn/LOL :p
