pain from injection!

i shot 500mg of omna this thuesday... 3 days later it hurts like hell and the butt cheek is swollen!
i mean, i can hardly stand.. there aren't any visible red marks or something. so i guess theres no infection..
anyone else experienced this?
i can't train and i'm starting to get kinda worried..
so please help!

It sounds like you may have injected a little too fast, nothing to worry about... Just try to keep the injections at about 1cc per minute from now on

Heating pad on the injection site for at least 15 minutes right after you inject.

and seriously not trying to be an asshole but how about "suck it up and quit crying or quit juicing" we all have pain from shots. There are things that can make it not as bad but bottom line is that it comes with juicing.

Relax man. I know where he's coming from. My sust shots felt like gunshot wounds and actually hampered my gains.

you think thats bad. I injected 2ccs in my biceps on thuresday. Today I woke up with my right bi 2 inches bigger than usuall. I cant even extend my arm.. Trush me it can be worse. Try injecting 2 cc TT sus in your tris WOW...
