I would never use ups or fedex.

Be sure to request a private deliverer (i.e. UPS or FedEx) and not have anything illegal shipped by U.S. Mail because it is a felony to involve any branch of the government in an illegal act.

if the pack is too big to put in your p.o., they usually have bigger boxes that take keys in the office, and they will place a key in your p.o., and you get the key and open the bigger box and get your pack.

You can always set up a mail drop. Do a little research on how this is done and then find a place in your area to do this. Remember, money talks.
