Hi All
This board is amazing it has a great deal of quality info! Based on my research and info from this board, I have come up with the below! Let me know if this good or just crap!
STATS:
5' 11- big boned and broad shoulders
85kg (187lbs)
15%-19% BF
AGE# 23
GOALS# 1. Lose BF 2. Gain solid Hard Muscle (not puffy)
Been training on and off for the past 3years but seriously for the past 6months!

CYCLE/STACK:
WEEK 1-6 Sustanon 250 @ 500mg per week (first week @ 750m
WEEK 1-10 Deca @ 400mg per week
WEEK 5-10 Stanazol @ 50mg EOD
CLENBUTEROL - POST (no clomid down under)

DIET:
5am - Cardio
protein shake
porridge/banana
8:30am- Fruit Salad
10:30am- 1/2 cup rice/fat free noodles with tuna or chicken
12:30pm- chick/tuna with cup of rice/noodles with veges
3:00pm- Protein shake
5:30pm- Weights
6:45pm- Protein shake
7:00pm- steak/chick veges & potato

The first part of my cycle is for bulking, should i cut out cardio all together? + while bulking do i need to eat a hell of a lot more?
