thanks juice, this is good advice. oxandrin does not seem like a great choice after doing a little more research. it is very expensive and may not give the results i am looking for.
btw, what are t-levels and htpa?
i have read up some on sustanen. it sais one of the "side effects" is an extremely increased sex drive. is this a bad thing?" can anyone describe how this has affected their sex drive?
t-levels - Testosterone levels
HPTA - hypothalamic-pituitary-testes axis
You really should know what your HPTA is before you begin a cycle because this is what you are gonna throw out of wack by adding steroids to your body, and this is what you are going to have to learn to recover from in your postcycle therapy once you shut this mechanism down.
Most anabolic steroids, especially the androgens, cause inhibition of the body's own testosterone production. When a bodybuilder comes off a large steroid cycle, natural testosterone production is zero and the levels of the steroids taken in the blood are diminishing. This leaves the ratios of catabolic : anabolic hormones in the blood high, hence the body is in a state of catabolism, and, as a result, much of the muscle tissue that was gained on the cycle is now going to be lost.
Not all steroids do cause shut down of the feedback mechanism (hpta). Everyone is different and you must also take into account how long you have been using a certain steroid and at what dose in order to determine if or what you will need for postcycle therapy.
Anavar is a good choice for strength and quality lean gains. If you want lean gains try a cycle of anavar and equipoise, maybe something like this...
wk1-8
Var:35mgs/day
EQ: 400mgs/wk
I would be very weary of ordering your var off the internet. Most legit sources do not have a website. It is expensive so you want to be 100% sure before you dump your cash on it. Do a source check with the mods on the board here before you order.
I strongly suggest that you hang around the boards here for a while and start really researching all there is to know about juicing before you do it.
Good Luck,
