Guys! I was NYPD and they could not find their own asses with a map. Someone gave this guy up. Most likely because he was busted and took the easy route! There is a criteria to be an informant. It’s a two-prong test where you are directly involved and have also committed an act relative to the information. Someone rolled on this guy. Someone most likely he knew that could get close enough to him.

As far as cleaning house. That’s a tough one. It depends what info they have and if a judge will sign off on it. Don’t get me wrong, warrants are not hard to get but “suspicion” is not enough. Detailed mailing records may be enough. Financial transaction records will be a good case to bring before a judge too. It will NOT happen overnight so if you are a little weary about it don’t just clean house for a week. NYPD loves media and will go after suppliers more than users. This person who rolled got busted doing something as little as selling or possession. Here is another little NYC law. To “SELL” means “give for free, OFFER to give, or actual sale”.

i don't see how it would have been that hard to find out who it was the address where you send the money to was cahills house. all they had to do was take it from there watch the money and see where it goes. i don't know why the FDA was in on this but they knew who it was and were probably gathering evidence for months
