How much sense does it make to "have this conversation here, right now" dude??? Come on!

Mr. DEA man.....get your printer ready because we are going to tell you what steps need to be taken "here right now", so a domestic can stay safe ok??????

Stay off the Boards for openers.

Well, what do you think anyone's gonna say? Some huge secret that DEA doesn't know? I'm talking about obvious stuff like "use secure emails," etc. (I know guys who still use hotmail or yahoo for contacts!).

So I defend the post: yes, we need to make it clear that certain safety measures should be STANDARD. If we *rolleyes* at the very suggestion that we advocate security measures, then we'd better not groan when we see guys get taken down.

why does the FDA and the postal service investigate? i would think the DEA would be in charge of that? i also am wondering why the hell it took so song for an operation like that to get busted. i mean the guy had people sending funds right to his house? you have to be kidding me. if i knew that i would have gone there personally and got my gear....but on a serious note i don't think the investigators found any actual steroids in their places...this is good news. i wonder who has all the gear and i wonder if they are busted too? i am also wondering where my gear is that i ordered? too bad...

Wow I didnt know they sold ecstacy....even the article didnt seem that interested in the steroids, only the DNP and X which is hopefully what the law enforcement officers pursued it that far for.

why do they care so much about dnp....you can order it from many chemical suppliers

Bros-
My friend ordered from this guy a few times and did something very stupid - he used his AOL account for all of his emails and stuff. He didn't order and E or drugs like that, just juice, but i still figure there's a damn good chance he could get investigated or watched. I had him delete his entire AOL account, format his hard drive over, and clean house. Is there anything else precautionary he should do?

ahahahhaahah.......not really needed. what makes you think an aol account is so unsecure. if they wanted to see your emails they would go to zipzip corp with warrant and ziplip would give them everything they wanted. the only thing ziplip is good for is people trying to intercept your emails and read them

This is why I only deal with the guys who have been around forever...I try to stay away from all these new guys popping up everywhere. I have absolutely NO idea what is going on here, or who this is...and I could NOT be happier!

I'm not going to get into a flame war with you. But I've been a public defender for many years. I am just as real an attorney as anyone else. I have had more than my fair share of acquittals on cases with horrible facts. I help train many lawyers from the private bar in certain areas of practice. I find your comment offensive and vapid. Yes, I do have more cases than a private attorney. That makes my job more difficult. But my clients receive as good or better representation than they would get could they afford their own attorney. I am more than willing to go toe-to-toe with any private attorney on either substantive criminal law/procedure and trial technique.
There are some public defenders who are not good attorneys, just as there are private attorneys who are terrible. I ask that you not perpetuate the stereotype about the ablilities of a public defender.
I try to help out the brotherhood on this board. But it's vapid comments such as yours that make me question the time I devote here.

Hey bro, I meant no disrespect whatsoever. My comments were based soley on what I've seen my buddies who have gotten in trouble in the past go through. They had no money therefore got an attorney appointed to them. Let's face it: It's highly unlikely that someone who works for the courts for free can possibly have the same interest in winning the case for his client as one who is paid. I'd also bet he won't have nearly as much experience with "certain" matters as well. I'm NOT implying that just because you get paid makes you any better, I'm simply making a very general statement that I think you'd agree with?!? I was shocked to see that DL made so much damn money over the years and is going to put his life in the hands of a court-appointed attorney as opposed to a specialized criminal attorney for $5,000 or so. We are talking about something very serious here!

Again, I hope you understand my comments. I apoligize if you feel you were targeted here.
