For my calf workout yesterday, I held the bottom part of the lift for 10 seconds, and exploded up. Well, tried to explode up. That shit was hard. Anyway, I did 3 painful sets of that.
Last night, I wake up to this excruciating pain in my right calf. Sharp pain. It was all tensed up, and I couldn't flex it without incredible pain.
So yeah, right now, it hurts (not TOO bad. Just feel like it's sore from the workout, but more than it ever has been) to walk, go up/down stairs, stretch, etc.
What the crap did I do?
