Overtraining

After a 6month lay off i have been training like a demon but 22 days continusly im on 750mg of t/v and 200mg deca a week olso i take 1o napasim a day. evan with this amount of gear do you think im over training

some advice please as im having conflicting advice every ttime i go to the gym:confused: :confused: :confused:
 
a couple ways to know if your over training is.....loss of motivation, decreased strength, loss of apetite and insomnia. those are some basics.
 
if you are WANTING TO go to the gym, getting good workouts, still hungry, and sleeping good.. keep working out.
 
You're at a very high risk for over-training, just take a rest for 5days then return back and train for 4days/week
