overtraining on gear

is it possible to overtrain while on a substantially dosed cycle? currently i'm running sustenon 750mg a week and trenbolone acetate 75mg ED, D-BALL 50MG in divided doses ED. i'm training very hard and making gains, but i feel like i have more in the tank, even after a 2 hour workout. so i guess what i'm saying is, do you reach a point of counter productivity? or should i press on for as long as i feel the desire to, within reason of course. no 5 hour workouts.

2 hour workouts are to long.....
short intense..& get the fuck outta there.....
45-1 hour max.

I`m with you madmax, intensity is the key.no longer than an hour.
usually in the summer they run 35-45 minutes.20-30 seconds
in between sets.

My workouts run about an hour to an hour and a half, usually closer to an hour.... This is both on and off gear...

YUM

I'm not on any gear, and my workouts are about an hour, maybe a little more. Just thought I'd throw my input in hehe.

Jeez, if you cannot fatigue yourself within an hour, WTF are you doing at the gym anyway?

I agree, check your intensity. I am dragging after an hour in the gym. I am done in 45 mins on leg day and feel like I am going to puke when I am done. Also to answer your question yes you can overtrain while on.
And as for Arnold training for 2 1/2 hours, who knows what he did. He was a master of filling people with bullshit so he could have the edge. even his books now are full of bullshit.

Im in and out of the gym within 45 mins. Its all about intensity and fatiguing the muscle. If it takes 2 hours to do that then there is something wrong with your training. Dont get me wrong, if you hit a sticking point, and that is what it takes to grow, then thats fine, otherwise intensity is the key.

you can work out for more days not more hours

When I am on I work out 6 days/wk but this is considering you are getting at least 8 hours of sleep a night. I try for 10.

I train 45 min-1hr in the morning, then 45min-1hr at night. Just split it up, but don't workout out for 2 hours at a time, your body's too depleted, you would have a much better workout and see better results...if you split it up and rested in between time. I try to give my body 8hrs rest in between morn&night workouts.

And his genetics are far superior to those of the average guy, which may let him get away with some things guys like me couldn't.

Yea, 2 hours is way too long. Dorian Yates only trained for 45 minutes to an hour. I train with Mike Francois, and our sessions don't last any longer than 40-50 minutes. Intensity with heavy weight is the key.

Ronnie Coleman was right when he said this in his video,"everybody wants to be a bodybuilder, but nobody wants to lift no heavy ass weight."
