Critiques welcome and very much appreciated.
I'm 25
6'3 194
Trimmed to 194from end of last cycle was 205
10 to 12 percent body fat I was close to 12 last time check and have leaned up about 6lbs since then.
I train 6 days a week m.w.f. Split cardio and abs on tues. thurs. sat.
Been eating light 2000 cals a day on cardio 2300 lifting days both with around 200g protein in each watching carbs and no sugars don't wanna get to extensive but diet is in check.
Last cycle
1-8 testp 450 a week
1-4 dbol 50 mg a day

Clomid pct
Went from 189 to 205
All lift went up and bench went from 315x1 to 350x1
Didn't do a lot of cardio on this one being first cycle wanted to see how reactions were.
Noticed water gains but did come out with some hard muscle an kept most all strength.
Definitely taking my pct seriously on this next one.
This cycle I'm about to start.
1-12 test e 500 a week m.f. 250 split
2-11 npp 300 a week m.w.f. 100 split
Hcg 7-12 500 a week then blast for last two weeks at 1000 into pct m.f. 250 split
Aromasin 1-12 12.5 eod

Supplements while on: whey gold standard, gold standard casein, kreakyln, on preworkout
Planning a lot of cardio so not really wanting an oral plus first time with nandrolone wanna see how it does with just test.
