Overhead squats and hip flexor pain

Just wanted to let anyone know who has had problems doing deep back squats because of hip flexor pain(like I tried to fight through for the last year), do overhead squats with just the bar or real light weight atf for like three weeks and my hip pain is all but gone, really opened up my hips and I am able to go much lower, I know do 3 sets overhead and 2-3 sets back on same day.
 
Overhead squats are great but very, very tough
 
thanks, but it was hilarious, I had done only overhead squats for several weeks and when I was in the gym ready to back squat for the first time my balance was way off and I fell forward with 135 on my back to basically a good morning position. The guy sharing the squat rack with me must have been like wtf?
