oh i know howZ to do it precisely. i dont need no oven. you just have to know the exact right time to put the cheese on top. then you cover the pan for ultimate and quick meltage.

It's possible the egg will pop like a zit through the hole in the mini-bagel all over your monitor and then drible into your keyboard forcing you to take all the keys off and disinfect.

Never happened to me, just mentioning the possibility as a fore-warning to those that might be inclined to make such egg sammiches.

oh yeah i totally got overzealous in my biting technique this morning and hence i had egg yolk dripping all down the front of my shirt. so i licked it off. is that gross?

Oh, try this next time.

fry an egg sunny side up. when it's done, quickly put cheese on the top and cover it. let it sit for a while. The yoke will film over and the cheese will melt from the steam. omg, i'm SO having that for dinner!!!!

DAMN you and your eggs!
 
Omelet - cheddar cheese, diced ham or sausage, green pepper, fork.
 
Well OK i google imaged over easy and i have to say...i think sunny side up is better. over easy dries out the yolks and doesnt make it taste as good as sunny side up

oh contraire

over easy does not dry out the yolk. the yolk is still liquidy and yummy
