OTC diuretics? Anyone use?

What is the best otc diuretic? Don't have lasix so would like to know if the otc diuretics are worth even getting?

I think Nelson used to have one.
Try uva ursi and dandelion root together. Sometimes it works great, other times not as much.

Celery seed, dandelion, uva ursi, parsley, juniper, goldenrod, buchu. Adding caffeine tabs would help also.
Prob can pick up a water pill supp with most if not all the above ingredients in it.

Yeah -- DEFINITION -- good product but not a big seller because...well, how often do you need a diuretic?

N2GUARD has some natural diuretics to control bloat -- a much saner approach than killing gains with anti e's.

yeah ive used a few before a show, they have some effect an can be useful adjunct to a strict diet
also tried slow k etc

id rather just eat a bit cleaner and drink a bit more water than using them though! and offcourse nothing works like lasix mmmmm

honestly, I think they are too dangerous. there are other tricks to lose the water weight without that crap. sodium loading works great but can backfire if done incorrectly.

^im assuming youre reffering to lasix and not OTC's...
i have tried OTC's and they are not even in the same ballpark as lasix... if you are smart about it, it can be done semi-safely...
i can use one lasix tab before a PL meet and easily drop 8-10lbs in a day... OTC's maybe a lb or two... over the course of a few days...
that is just me though, they may be worth giving a shot...

I agree lasix is were its at..I take one of them and within 8-12 hours and I've lost mad water veins popping like mad!!

That would be great! As for showtime, I haven't used it nor have I heard much feedback about it. Just remember reading about it being a natural diuretic.
