Celery seed, dandelion, uva ursi, parsley, juniper, goldenrod, buchu. Adding caffeine tabs would help also.
Prob can pick up a water pill supp with most if not all the above ingredients in it.

honestly, I think they are too dangerous. there are other tricks to lose the water weight without that crap. sodium loading works great but can backfire if done incorrectly.
^im assuming youre reffering to lasix and not OTC's...
i have tried OTC's and they are not even in the same ballpark as lasix... if you are smart about it, it can be done semi-safely...
i can use one lasix tab before a PL meet and easily drop 8-10lbs in a day... OTC's maybe a lb or two... over the course of a few days...
that is just me though, they may be worth giving a shot...
