ostarine from unique no effect

For me, I have run unique osta twice. 25 mg for 8 weeks. I can honestly say I didn't notice it until about 5 weeks. But weeks 5-8 were well worth the price of admission. It took a little while longer to kick in on me than on others, but it made up for it big time on the back end. Love that stuff - great vascularity and no sides. Perfect if you are looking something milder than harsh AAS but don't want to be natty either.
 
considering all recent circumstances in the last 5 months I have to say I gained like 2kg even running 3rd cycle dbol test tren.
thinking what im doing wrong. I train hard no doubt. eat every 3 hrs.daily cca 220g protein 440g carbs. my weight is 90, 5 kg and im not a fatty pig. can see my abs
shall I eat even more? dont think so...
shall I rest more ? might be... I train 5-6days a week 1-2 days off....
and now those sarms 6 weeks and dont feel it grrrr
what the fuck is wrong w me....

probably just crappy genetics. doesn't mean you can't still enjoy this hobby/lifestyle.. just don't expect to ever get very far. all that training and diet and you still aren't seeing progress on or off is a red flag that you have bad genes. some guys are missing a muscle building gene and no amount of steroids will change that. what is disheartening to me more though is those that do have that but don't take advantage. that breaks my heart more than anything

i am not with you when you workout to know what you are really doing. if you or anyone else ever wants to really get a gauge of what a real workout is you all are welcome to come to my town and workout with me for the afternoon.. then we can see if you can keep up with my typical workouts and we can see if maybe you just aren't putting in the intensity needed to really stimulate things.

What is your height and your fat intake for the day cause I'm skeptical if you are eating enough
 
don't think is a genetic reason. check my vidoe on utube called 2 years anniversary of my bodybuilding life - under the name pt.vlasta
my day meal 1.poridge 100g w water 6 eggs 2 yolks
2. protein shake 40g complex carbs 50g
3.chicken breast 180g rice 200g
4 shake like above
5 shake like above aftet the workout
6 meal 1hr later
7 meal or shake ( shake without carbs)
thinking to replace all shakes w food excluding after workout shake and one before the bed
might start do supersets and dropsets and fst 7 at the end

ah okay now i remember who you are.. you have some sort of mental issue where you think you are small when you aren't.

you actually are carrying a lot of muscle on your frame so not sure why you are crying. i told you this several times already on here

do you really think you are gonna turn into ronnie coleman after a few cycles? you look fucking HUGE in those videos.

What is the amount of calories this adds up to, I can't help you if you don't answer that question in addition to your height
 
mental issue ? :) that made me laugh but its true.... always unhappy. ...must be the magazine Flex lol
well its the scale that makes me unhappy most. .. moving too slowly....

i am 1.7m high and I do not count calories dont know even exact amount of protein and carbs.im always round that amount I mentioned before
I listen and train following my insticts.
because I have a lot to learn from Stevensi I ll do so even now - patient is what I miss

^^^ dude you have an incredible base to work with from here.

yes you have something called BIGOREXIA. look it up. its a mental issue. i do as well to a lesser extent, i am scared shitless to ever drop under 190 pounds.. I am around 200 and change now at just 5'6".. i am more scared to lose the precious muscle i have sweated for than anything so my situation is probably a bit different than yours.. but I know I am big because everyone always asks me where i workout or where they can get steroids lol. am i satisfied? no.

what i can teach you though is patience. its not about what you achieve in 1 cycle.. its what you achiever over a year over year. so in 1 year from now if you look back and say "shit i looked better than a year ago" then you can be upset. you already have competed on stage and you have a nice youtube page which unlike 99% of the kids on youtube you actually workout.
