considering all recent circumstances in the last 5 months I have to say I gained like 2kg even running 3rd cycle dbol test tren.
thinking what im doing wrong. I train hard no doubt. eat every 3 hrs.daily cca 220g protein 440g carbs. my weight is 90, 5 kg and im not a fatty pig. can see my abs
shall I eat even more? dont think so...
shall I rest more ? might be... I train 5-6days a week 1-2 days off....
and now those sarms 6 weeks and dont feel it grrrr
what the fuck is wrong w me....
