From your earlier posts, you had started at 3, then 6 then 10 mg I believe.
Do you think 25mg per dose is necessary, or would something like 12.5mg suffice?
If you do 25mg a day, do you see any advantage to doing the dose as a split dose (12.5mg, 2x a day). A post of yours said it has a 24 hour half life, so would this simply just be unnecessary?
I was thinking once upon waking and once post lifting.
I like the 25mg dosage and I will be venturing with 50mgs for a few days and see if it makes a difference. The 12.5mg dosage worked well too but keep in mind with osta-sarm the progress is slow but steady.
I take it all at once in the morning.
So far so good, abdominal fat loss, fuller hardened muscles, increased endurance, good sense of well being, no vision sides.
That is just me of course, I think everyone reacts different based on bodyweight and age. I am 37, 230lbs mostly muscle.
