Ordering Like MAD from NTBM

So I have been ordering numerous items from NTBM and got my last package yesterday and the was not only a bottle of ass lightning (the guy who came up with that name is a genius by the way) but there was also a black sealed bag and hand written on it was "Rocky Road".

Can someone tell me what that might be? I'm assuming protien powder but would be extra excited if it were a sample of Big Blast!

ass lightning is nice if you are going out on the weekend and plan on not coming home till late. I don't do that often but when i do i just pop an ass lightning in the afternoon and it keeps my awake and alert till very late so i'm not tired driving home.

or if you need to do something and you didn't get much sleep the night before pop one in the morning for help. different ways to use it but those are the 2 ways i do it.

oh and the ingredients aren't gonna ruin your bodybuilding diet unlike those other crap brands that are full of high fructose corn syrup and other harmful sugars

I have to be honest here,...the discovery of this board and NTBM is a freaking godsend. I wont be going anywhere else to get information on anything related to training and staying healthy while training. I will start HERE before anything else at the very least.

All the mods here are respectful and treat members like family and fortunately there is so much information on here where all you have to do is research topics and use the experience of the members here to validate your thoughts on any topic. And the best thing,..you get real/usable feedback.

Im sure I speak for a lot of members here when I say thanks to all the mods and non-mods who take the time to answer question and provide the feedback to honestly help us novices out.

and NTBM has one thing that no other supp company can boast.. their ingredients are healthy. you won't find soybean oil, high fructose corn syrup or any other fillers in the products. you cannot find this kind of quality anywhere unless you go to a very pricey health food store where things are twice as expensive cause they have a store to operate.. thats the advantage of online store vs. retail store.

i bought krill only after discounts that cost me 18 bucks.. the same quality at the health food store is 42 bucks i checked yesterday. i feel like i am cheating the system buying from NTBM sometimes lol.
