Update. Took a few days off because my wife and I took a trip out of town. Came back and worked out a couple days without the slin sane to compare. Was more sore without it, without a doubt. Took 2 today before oatmeal/protein shake(50g, orbit) for breakfast. Talked to orbit last night for about an hour(maybe more) and he was really helpful, let me know plenty of things I'm doing wrong. Biggest is, I'm not getting enough protein. I'm going to up my protein(to 350g/day) and keep taking SS. When I finish the SS I'm going to run a more detailed log of ephedrine/dcp stack combined with a keto/low carb diet. Any interest on the diet log, let me know.
In closing for the day, for around 30 bucks you guys really should consider trying the slin sane. Gives you pumps, but nothing painful and DAMN SURE has helped me with recovery. If nothing else I guess it's the nutrients being pushed into my muscles.
