orbit's slin sane LOG, does it work?

So I ordered my slin sane from orbit on wednesday and it got here today, friday. I just finished my crossfit workout(30 min ago) and about 5 min ago I took my first dose of slin sane. I'm headed to olive garden for a date with the wife. Will let you guys know how I feel in a few minutes. I have to go work at 11 and I'm interested to see how slin sane helps replenish my muscles so I have more energy after workouts. I will also give a more detailed post later. Thanks orbit!
 
Me too bro. I'm using it in conjunction with low carb diet to drop weight. Take in the morning with breakfast b/c on training days I have some complex carbs. May also use it for post workout shakes. Scared to use it for pre workout because crossfit+pumps equal PAIN. We will see.
 
In the name of science my wife let me leave olive garden while she waited. Went across the street to get a hamburger since it is going to be so long before we eat at olive garden. Isn't she the shit?? Damn I love her!! Funny thing is it was her idea.

Took one slin sane before my "breakfast" today. My weight today was 241 which doesn't surprise me seeing how I ate yesterday. The high carb meal at olive garden prob has me holding water weight. I ate one shitty meal today(breakfast) and will eat well the rest of the day. Well, loiw carb anyway. Saturday is a cheat day more or less. My muscles do feel as if they are a bit more rested about an hour after slin sane+ food. I guess the scale will really tell the tale as well as if my workouts get any better. Orbit, is it okay to take 2-3 SS a day if I'm on a cheat day???
 
yeah on your cheat high carb meal days that is fine. On low carb days i wouldnt just so you dont go hypo. When i took it i wasnt cutting but i was taking four caps per day.
 
lol i just took 4 caps to push the limits with it, im that way.
 
You can run the entire bottle and keep going if you really want to. Ideally i always take a little break like 4 weeks just to get my receptors clear and ready to start over.
 
Oh ok, sweet. Well, I've taken it twice more today(3x total) with a banana and peanut butter and the other snack was a 40g protein shake/oatmeal. I won't take any on my shift due to I won't be eating any carbs. Just some chicken. I can say it is making my muscles feel fuller and seems to quicken my recovery
 
Still using the slin sane. Taking it about 2-3 hrs before workout and also taking it before a meal if I eat a piece of fruit or something. My duty belt is loosening a little despite eating like shit for the superbowl. Also, noticing I am getting bigger in my chest, back and legs. Not sure if it's the slin sane or an increase in protein from the low carb diet. More than likely it is a combination of both.
 
I was doing really well until I ate a large little ceasars pizza after crossfit. However, I did take a slin sane before hand. Not sure that helped much lol. I did a chest workout before crossfit. Workout today was 5 rounds of 400m run and 15 overhead squats@95lbs.
 
Any of you guys ever fuck up and eat way too many cals like I did? That shit pisses me the fuck off. Damn temptation is a BITCH. Better day tomorrow.
 
Dude i have done that way to many times, like eat a whole large pizza.
 
i always felt way fuller or pumped feeling almost constant. The best was carrying in groceries and getting a pump from that lol.
 
No shit. That's the same way I feel carrying in groceries. maybe it is the slin sane. I will say my cardio/strength has improved. I'm sure of this because I keep logs of it.
 
Orbit, did you notice a difference in your ability to fall asleep? Not that I'm groggy but lately I've been sleeping like a rock. I can wake up and when I get up I have plenty of energy, but man do I fall asleep easily!!!
 
Yeah i was sleeping better, i already fall asleep easy and sleep hard but i could tell a slight difference.
 
If you decided to run 2 caps on high carb days make sure the meal you take them with is atleast 50g of carbs. I deal would be 75 just to make sure you dont go hypo.
 
Update. Took a few days off because my wife and I took a trip out of town. Came back and worked out a couple days without the slin sane to compare. Was more sore without it, without a doubt. Took 2 today before oatmeal/protein shake(50g, orbit) for breakfast. Talked to orbit last night for about an hour(maybe more) and he was really helpful, let me know plenty of things I'm doing wrong. Biggest is, I'm not getting enough protein. I'm going to up my protein(to 350g/day) and keep taking SS. When I finish the SS I'm going to run a more detailed log of ephedrine/dcp stack combined with a keto/low carb diet. Any interest on the diet log, let me know.

In closing for the day, for around 30 bucks you guys really should consider trying the slin sane. Gives you pumps, but nothing painful and DAMN SURE has helped me with recovery. If nothing else I guess it's the nutrients being pushed into my muscles.
 
Lol yeah we talked for almost 2 hours last night. Great update, i will be watching the diet and training when you put that up.
 
More detailed:

Breakfast
2 slin sane
3/4 cups oatmeal
45g protein shake

Crossfit
4 rounds
90 reps jump rope
30 dumbell snatchest #35(16 each arm)
Time- 10:28

Post workout was 45g protein shake

Next meal
65g protein(2 deer venison patties)
Pickles, ketchup and mayo(no bread)

So far that's 155g protein. Sheesh, I have to ingest a LOT more protein. Damn.
 
hahha yeah buddy you got atleast another 200grams you need.
 
I'm going for 300 today. I will increase as I get more comfortable I will try to increase to 350. May just have to take in another shake. That'll get me to 350.
 
Up to 200 or so. 1 venison patty, some bacon and beef jerky. Still, another 100g of protein. Anyone else have trouble when they first started trying to take in lots of protein???
 
Perfect when you are done with this log i will give you 2 free bottle of need2slin. You can do a log of this product and tell everyone which one you think is better. all I ask for is honest advice.
 
Cool. I will log the need2slin if you'd like. For now I'm on a ckd diet but the slin sane is used on all cheat days. It's different than other times I've done low carb diets. I get insane pumps from the slin sane that last a day or two. I've yet to lose any strength, actually increasing bench press and squat since using slin sane before and during my ckd diet. It seems that the slin sane is making the most of my cheat day as I'm putting as many nutrients in my muscles as possible.
