I know not many are fans, but what would be the most beneficial oral only cycle? Dosages?
I am 18 y/o, 5'7, 165ish 12-13% now, i was 178 at the peak of my last bulking up in the winter (all i took was creatine 5g/d) . I am trying to get up to 195, maybe 200 with bulking this fall and winter, but i'd want to stick with 185 9-10% after cutting in the spring of 04'. Strength gains are a must as well.
I thought about just eating like a pig and taking PHs and load of creatine, but i doubt i can gain much LBM with that.
