Oral only first cycle

Ouch, you guys are tough :)

When I said low teens I meant more like 11%, I guess everyone figured like 14, 15. Anyways, he cut down from 220 to like 187 and got to 10% which is pretty lean I think abs and all. I think he's around 11, still has abs.

I'll tell him to check out the sections in the forums. I've been training for 15 years, now I feel it's too soon even :(

Well, I'm still going to do it :devil:

We aren't being tough, just honest. 6' 190 is skinny, and food is the only answer. high protein high carbs and hit the weights with intensity.
 
if he is an ectomorph than his stats are ok and may be ready for a first cycle. Still, he needs to reevaluate his diet and training first and check again in 4-6 months to see if thats the problem. He could cut the training down to mon, tue, thurs, fri and add a 1,000 calories 2 his current diet, eliminate any cardio for awhile.

220-187? He cut 37lbs and he's still in the low teens? ouch. He definetly needs to get his diet/routine in check before gear.

6' and only 190 with body fat in the low teens? Something isn't adding up. He's diet is either very poor, and he's workout routine sucks, or most likely it's a combination of both.

Tell him to come here and visit the diet and weight training forums and get those down before he even considers gear.

he is not an ectomorph if he was at 220 went to 187 and still got double digit bodyfat numbers ..
 
Get off your high horses guys! I can assure you that 98% of the folks on this forum, even many of the "good bros" did not wait until their "genetic potential" was maximized, they did not already have competition ready bodies before deciding they wanted aas to take them over the top. Not everyone on here (including myself) eats perfect clean diets, has perfect training habits and maintains a perfect schedule resulting in a perfect body. I do understand the advice if someone was completely not ready, but this guy doesn't sound like he is not ready for steroids. If he's ready, he's ready. Bomb me if you want, but seriously I think many of you are pots calling the kettle black, and have this elitist mentality about you and your choice of aas use.

If you want an opinion of an all oral cycle:

1-10 anavar 40-60mg/day
1-4 T-bol 60mg/day

That's something I would run, but everyone on here is probably going to attack me now or say that cycle would suck. Liver protectant if you are worried.
 
week 1-6: 100mg anadrol ED
week 1-10: 20mg dbol ED
week 1-10: 40mg anavar ED

That should give some great results with strength, lean mass,

Better drink a lot of water, NO alcohol, get lots of fiber, veggies and healthy fats(fishoil) as well as 3-400g protein a day.

Oh... I don't think your liver will die IF and I repeat IF it's healthy. Have some liver support during the cycle and right after. And don't do this cycle again without bloodwork first.

And tot hose who say this is crazy and dangerous: Yeah a little crazy, but not really that dangerous IF he has a healthy liver.
