Opinions on me before show?

Oh, I am 2 weeks out and current cycle is

Parabolan 400mgs wk
masteron 400mg wk
Priviron 50mg ed
Winstrol tabs 100mg ed
Halo 20mg ed
t3 50mcg ed
Gh 3ius ed
IGf 50mcg ed
clen 100mcg ed
Var 40mg ed

you conditioning looks spot on bro. what are your stats?
also make sure about 6 days out you drop the GH to assist in your carb load and H20 depletion both.
i like keeping the clen around if im doing a dextrose/creatine load because clen tends t help shuttle creatine into the muscles.
also, what show r u doin?

oh shit bro, u are looking like a mutha fucken grainy jacked up freak --- jackedfreak
nice work on the separation in your abs and delts and the vascualrity in your legs. I'm envious. Good luck.

I was planning on dropping the GH any day now, I usually run it at 6ius ed but Ive been lowering it slowly as the show comes. I try and keep dry and stay this dry a few weeks before the show, then I dont have to dump down too much lasix or dyazide to catch up, although I am right on key for what I usually am, I will maybe go with Aldactone at 100mg max to take away any water I still may have, it seems I have some in my lower back and inside of my quads, which is usually the hardest spot for me to get rid of it.

Sorry fellas, I am 26 years old and am 5'10'' tall, I am at 210 right now and must drop to 205 to be right where i want to be. Thanks for the input.....

One of the dryest physiques I've seen in a while.

Spot-on

Nice work bro - you're an inspiration

you will tear it up man after you drop the GH out and you carb load up properly it should suck the rest of the H20 out of your lower back and inner thighs and make for a truly shredded physique.
from the looks of your pics i doubt you will probably only need about 20 mg lasix maybe the final 1 or 2 days before the show. it all depends what your entire carb up process is gonna look like.
but you look rock fuckin hard man... :coffee:

Thanks alot fellas, I have done that before, coming and peaking too soon which I am being carefull not to do this time, that caused me a few placings last show, I know there is going to be some heavy competition here and I hope to god I do it this time....Thanks for all the great feedback everyone..

Looking great. Now find out if the head judge is gay and show up to his hotel room the night before with a can of whipped cream and have sex with him. It will probably give you the inside track. lol

You son of a bitch! Hands down the physique looks exceptional. You have excellent genetics and great proportion. Your a weapons grade bodybuilder. Go kick some ass.

You are diced bro.. You look 99% right now.. The hardest part will be waiting these final days till you step onstage..Im sure you have the rest in the bag...
Good luck!!!

Guessing your doing the Ironman? I'll be there supporting ya if thats it. If this is the case. Go to mayhem. There's some judges for this show on that board. They will give it to ya straight. (talk to Roxi)

Good luck bro....

Agreed! Good luck at the show man

I really dont have a special cycle that I run, although I do stay on GH and AAS year round and only come off 2 times per year for 6 weeks each, other than that the cycles are not more than anyone of you would take. The main thing that really pushed me over the top was when I really learned my body and what food intake was right for me, and what training regimens worked for me also. That is the biggest thing I can say, people just go in and train, they run home and eat their turkey breasts and chicken but do not take note on how they feel and how they look 2 hours, 5 hours 10hours after a certain meal. Same goes for training, learn your body, Ive spent countless hours in the gym learning, still am for that matter on what rep ranges and exercises make me grow and which ones are a waste of my time, for example I dont do decline presses and very rarley do flat bench, its just a waste IMO, that is for my body, find out what your body likes and what it doesnt. I see countless people in the gym stacking on 4 plates on the flat bench and seeing who watches them just for attention, I wont ever squat more than 405 and incline more than 375, and I am still learning, that is the best part of this sport.....

^^^^^ right on bro.
i think im most impressed @ the 375 lb incline bench....
shit i squat well into the 600's for reps but im strugglin on the inline bench with 315 for sets of 12. never ceases to amaze me how different bodies can be in so many ways.

your rignt Wulf, its amazing how some bodys are so different yet so similar. I have always been very strong chest and shoulder wise, on military I usually rep out 8 with 315 on a good day, 4-5 while dieting like this. My legs have always grew niceley but never had the raw power like I would like, although they progress everytime a little bit more. people really should understand that the main thing above ANYTHING else when trying to builld a top quality physique like yours and mine is that Dedication will overpower anything, diet, cycles, sleep, ANYTHING. Although you must follow the previous mentioned things to build a top of the line body its just persistance is really what I owe my success too. I wont miss a workout unless I am literally dying in bed, and still odds are I will try and go but cut the workout short, it has to become a lifestyle, not something you do just to impress the ladys....that comes with time;)

Bro I could not agree more. I hope some of the new guys who really want to improve read on this and remember it.
In the past 2 years I have not missed 1 workout. NOT 1! Or a scheduled meal. Ever. This is the true key to building a grade A physique. It truly is not a life style anyone can become accustomed to. it takes a certain type of person to be able to be completely dedicated to the lifestyle.
Drugs, training methodologies, supplements all aside it takes first and foremost thouroughly knowing your bodies responses to all you do to it and put in it and the drive and desire to do what it takes to be successful in this.

Well hell... I guess i will go ahead and add my comment to the list.
#1. Nice Fuckin Work bro, your intensity must be through the roof in everything you dedicate yourself too.

#2. is that REALLY your girl in the pic?? hehe ;)

#3. I think your stats are completely perfect to where id like to be. that is a freakin SOLID 210.

man i love training and hope i can be as dedicated as you someday

1000% props for discipline, dedication and attention to the important stuff -- listening to YOUR body...!

Wulf your right, it does take a certrain personlity to do this all the time, almost on the obsessive side I would say, which is totally me. I wish I had someone to tell me the basic keys when I was learning, I would be much more imporved, but some people have to learn themselves. All I can say is for people to read, read, read, there is nothing better in this sport than knowledge. I cant count how much money alone Ive spent on BBING books, magazines, articles, classes, seminars, the list goes on. Its a very expensive sport also, one of the most expensive IMO. And I really wish I would of learned how important diet really was in the early years of my training. Some people just lie to themselves and eat what they like, burger king, subway, the list goes on, but in the end there wasting there time in the gym eating that way...I dont care how fast someones metabolism is, eating anything but high quality meat, and ALOT of it is the only way to progress 100%.....

Jacked, you are an inspiration to me. I will compete next year coming in around 185-190 so I hope to be where you are in a couple years. Looking awesome, best of luck to you at the show.

u are definately a testament to exactly what is being discussed here. Good for you, you inspire more than you know..

Bunny, thanks for the kind words, you inspire me with your persistance also, wulf is right. I took the time to say the things I said because too many people are relying on what cycles to take, what dosages to take, what new killer drug can gain them 2 pounds when it all boils down to it, AAS and all other drugs are 1% at most of what it takes to build mass....

Thank YOU as well for the props ... always give props where props are due ...

But back to you ... you're looking SICK ... and I mean BRAV-O ... Dayyum... & thank YOU for telling it like it is ... NICE to hear it from another perspective ...

And you're right ... "persistance" ... "a lifestyle" ... and most definitely takes a "certain personality to do this all the time" ala "obsessive" ...

and I don't even compete ...

:D

What show are you competing in?
Post up some pictures from the show with the results if you can!
Good Luck (doesn't look like you will need it though)

Either you are being sarcastic or missed the drama yesterday. It turns out those pictures are not of him, they are of some bodybuilder from Sweden. Everyone involved was beyond owned.

Ya and hes back. Posting under the name juiced. What a fag.

He changed his name too

who has the link or name of the IFBB pro that the pics is of?

... the thread was deleted I think that the war was in, it was closed at first, but I couldn't find it today.

www.martinkjellstrom.com

I'm LMAO at the comments on this thread, how he should dry out even more and he would be set. The pics were taken the day before the show at my buddies house. You can't get much dryer than that and not end up 6 feet under. That was probably the dryest and leanest ever seen on stage here in Sweden. It was a pro qualifier which Martin won.

Didn't anyone wonder why he was pro-tanned already if he was 2 weeks out?!

Don't know why the other one was locked. I was waiting to see if jackedfreak every would respond. Locking it that early doesn't let everybody see he is a fraud.

No thread should be locked. What jackedfreak did was pathetic and pitiful and everyone deserves a good explanation on why he did it.Does he really think he can get away with changing his name?Scammers should be banned form this board regardless of whether they are paying members or not.

Yeah I missed it till I stumbled across this thread. Funny stuff though.

We will probably never get an answer. As for the *** thread, I think people saw a couple problems from last week and then saw someone else saying they had this huge problem. When even trusted sources go bad or mess up, we have to look out for each other. And that in my opinion makes Jacked scum, not the fake pics. Because we all have to look out for each other and if people cry wolf or bs it makes it that much harder for someone who really lost out to be believed.

I hope he feels like shit for what he did. His bbing advice was spot on but unless you've done those things yourself or walked that road, you have no business telling people how to cycle hgh and something dangerous as slin. Sure fake pics are one thing but I feel that was lesser evil of it all.h

Hahhhaahaha... I wish I could have read the drama... lol

LMAO....this place is about as far from a democracy as you can get....i wouldn't count on that

wow that is crazy. This is definate proof that people loose sight of what's real when they spend too much time on a the internet.

I don't think we'll know how the guy behind the computer did with the supposed show. But the IFBB pro that he posted as him does pretty well.
;) Thank you honey

That really answers my question, believe it or not, I was more wondering how the BODY posted did, glad I didn't give him K LOL.

And yep, I did miss the drama, trying to slowly wean myself off the "E" :worried: the less of this drug I ingest the better :lmao:

dont understand the point of posting someone else's pictures...like getting compliments on another guys physique makes you feel good about yourself? strange.
