OOOoooops...is this bad

I just did my second injection of the wk (500mg sust/wk)...as I was pulling the needle out, I realized that I had forgotten to rub the spot w/ an alcohol swab before stabbing my thigh. What are the chances for infection? I took a shower about and hour and a half before injection.

By the way, first shot took 1.5 hours to plunge. This time 10 seconds. I can't even feel that fucker in my leg. Although I'm sure I'll feel it in a day or so...god damn sledge hammer.

I'm sure you'll be ok, swabbing before helps the pin go in more easily (tightens the skin a bit), but i don't think it contributes too much to infection prevention to the point where if you don't do it you'll definitely get an infection - unless you've been rolling around in the mud and shit... I'm sure you'll be ok..

You might be fine, there is a chance but probably will be okay. You are more likely to get it from a dirty needle.

as long as the needle was clean and new, your chances of getting an infection due to that are pretty slim. I would bet everything I own on the odds that you don't get an infection.

lol. i went in there on a mission and did it in a few minutes. almost fainted about 10 minutes later from the after anxiety....but the hell with waiting a couple hours! thats torture! funny thing is, most guys on this board say they did similar to this story.

My hand was shaking the first time I injected... but that was because I was on 200mcg of clen. I've been stabbed enough with far more painful objects than needles that it was pie for me. You'll be fine, I've forgotten to swab before. If you're taking a while to inject just run the barrel of the syringe under hot water so it flows more easily. You still want to take your time injecting it, but it's much easier.

Damn 1.5 hours is a long ass time. Do you fear needles that much. I guess they just dont bother me, my first cycle I didnt know as shit and used the 20g on the redijects the whole cycle. Boy did I feel like a jackass the first time I used 25g. But as for your question you will be fine.

As for the 1.5 hours, it DEFINITELY wasn't the needle I was afraid of...
IT WAS...
1) What if I have an abnormal reaction?
2) What if I get gyno?
3) What if I if the nolvadex doesn't work, and the gyno stays?
4) What if someone finds out, and I'm labelled as a juicer (in my fraternity)?
5) Do I really need this shit...can't I squeeze a few more lbs naturally?
6) What if I like it sooo much I can't stop using?

IT WAS NOT...

Can I handle the pain of this tiny little needle?

I think the one thing that contributed to the first shot taking so long was mostly due to the fact that I was about to do something, that I never want anyone to know about.

My apologies to you brother. I thought you meant 1.5 hours actually injecting. Like taking that long to empty the syringe. I couldn't understand how you could even hold your hand still for that long. Now I not only understand but believe me I can relate totally. The first time is not an easy thing. Again, my apologies to you bro.
