Only pain in one testicle with HCG use or shutdown. Is my left testicle dead?

Ok, what I have noticed is that when I shut down, only my right testicle has that dull aching pain. And now I am on HCG bringing my testis out of atrophy, only the right testicle has that dull aching pain.

Does that mean my left testicle is dead?

Maybe try some HMG if you have it on hand. Instead of giving your boyz only LH to recover you will be stimulating LH and FSH. I believe your nutz respond to both hormones.

Endos deal with that stuff all the time and would really be breaking the patient/doctor confidentiality agreement if they said anything. I visited my endo after getting shutdown on deca and spilled the beans about everything I did and he assured me that this would not be recorded in file unless I wanted it that way.

use ibuprophen as recommended to me by radar. i get the same thing when shutting down and starting up. its not abnormal to have pain in only one testicle, if anything thank your lucky stars its not both.if only one hurts shutting down chances are its the only one going to hurt when they start back into production...seriously ib helps tremendously

if its aching then there is some slight inflammation,i recommended IBu 800mgs twice daily for 10 days to alieve the ache, taking it for one day will not work like a headache ,several doses will be needed to reduce the pain.

I work at a hospital and this is standard procedure recommended to many patients that come in with this problem.
