Have you tried using www.fitday.com to track your food? On my last cycle I stopped gaining weight around week 9 of a test cyp/deca cycle. I thought I was eating enough until I started tracking my food intake religiously on FitDay. I couldn't believe how LITTLE I was actually getting down. I was guestimating around 4000 cals but the numbers showed closed to 3100 cals and not enough protein.

Give it a try and be strict with it. You can add your own foods and use a pull down to retrieve them for foods you eat all the time.


fitday.com is an excellent tool and I agree with others, sounds like you just need to eat more
 
dude I have 2 say that your not eating enought like the rest of us..i try and eat 6000 off cycle..I can gain wait real easy when i do that..3000 is my protien and flax seed oil for the day..I think that you can always break the genetic limits if your lifestyle allows you to maintan that weight..thus eating and training intense..always use the overload princaple... good luck on your next one.
 
i suggest religiously tracking your calorie/protein food intake like on that fitday that was mentioned....if you really know how much u actually get down ud be surprised
 
was using virormone at 500mg a week and tren acetate by british dragon at about 300mg a week. all good gear no doubting that. strength up by about 10% on cycle compared to off.
 
just went on that site to work out my calories. it took me ages to sort it but the following calorie intake has come out on a normal day:

Calories- 4199
proitein- 289g
carbs- 567g
fats- 86g (30g from flaxseed)

4200 divided by 215 (my weight in lb) = 19.53
i was told 18-20cal per lb of BW so that must be ok. i am upping it to 4500 cals now anyway and using 800mg of propa week - fuck it.
