I know I worry too much Ironmaster, BUT i am wondering, it has been almost 2.5 hours since I shot the humalog (6iu) and I had 50g of carbs immediately after and 80g of protein, then 50 minutes later I had 2 cups of brown rice and 2 tins of tuna (75g of protein). So, I am curious as to whether i need more carbs before I go to bed at 12 or thereabouts. Whatcha think? I am just concerned because there is no monitoring once I fall asleep.
Or can I just slam back another 75g of protein?
