One inch dip hang powercleans

Holy crap, do these murder the hammies and calves. Dip down one inch and slam it up, bar will be very close to body off course, rack with straight legs.

I was using 135lbs with these today, sets of 5. You can bang em out like a piston. Up and down - cyclical power. Tons of hips speed, full calf and traps extension required.

I think this could be a super exercise to develop short distance sprint accleration.
 
Short distance sprint acceleration is what my sport is all about. I'll have to give these a try.

Did you video them?
