Once a scrawny 17 year old...

and now a slightly less scrawny 18 year old...

I am about 140 lbs, I'm about 5'9'', and my max bench is around 135ish

I have been working out for just a few months, 3 to 4 days a week, but occassionaly a week off because of family vacation, etc....I started out with barely any muscle whatsoever.

Nowadays i do notice slight strength and size difference...

Anyway, without further adeiu (sp?)

Yes, I know its sad, but in 5 months when I'm the number 1 top fighter/actor/underwear model/bodybuilder in the world you all can say you knew me when I was 140 pounds and couldn't even bench my own weight.

lookin thick bro!!! welcome to the boards!

its great that you're starting so early. just make sure to keeep eating. most of the people on these boards regret not eating enough!!!

also, if you dont have a somewhat solid training routine i reccomend you check out the training boards and get some advice there. consistency is key.

I forgot to mention, the gym i go to said my BF was 7.5% ... i dont know how accurate that is, but I would love your estimates


Also, I will resurrect this thread every month or so to post updates.

As far as file size, I'd say they are pretty reasonable especially when you look at that resolution

do yourself a favor read that post (you might have to copy and paste it to your browser...don't know if the link is gonna work) it says alot in regards to alot of kids that want to juice, not that your one of them. Train hard and smart, eat like a pig, sleep like a dog...you will grow. Oh and by the way don't bother with the monthly updates...this is a long process (a lifestyle) try bi-yearly photo updates instead. Stick around this board lot's of good info and some pretty well informed bros' here as well.

Off to a good start. I started lifting around then, too, but I didn't know what I was doing until I was 25 unfortunately and wasted a ton of time. Most important thing I can tell you is to eat eat eat!
 
Looking solid bro..patience, your time will come..be consistent and try to increase your weights and/or reps every workout..You look lean so dont be afraid to eat tons of protein and carbs..keep it up!!
 
Hey falcon!! I'm actually starting my freshman year this coming fall, and I just recently got my mail / web account there. However, I visited the campus yesterday and it was stunning and beautiful. It seems like its gonna be a good place to learn. Where do you go?
