only thing I would add is put the testosterone propionate back in at the end so you have something active coming in while the long esters from the Sustanon clear, and after those are all clear you can start PCT - post cycle therapy - three days after your last shot of testosterone propionate...instead of three weeks after your last shot of Sustanon. avoids that slippery slope where you have minimal anabolic compounds in you

if you run the sust for a full 16 weeks, you cant start PCT until week 19

so I would add the prop back in at week 17 when you're next scheduled inject of sust would have been if you hadn't stopped it and run it until three weeks after your last sust inject. when you know the sust is clear you can decide when to stop the prop and start pct 3 days later
